WorldMark by Wyndham
WorldMark operates on a type of points system referred to as Vacation Credits. With Vacation Credits, you do not need to manually rescue or bank the points, as any unused points will filter into the next year, and expire at the end of that year. When booking with WorldMark, you will want to understand the various seasons and how many points it will take in order to book during your desired time. For high seasons, referred to as Red Seasons, you will need to book a minimum of a week-long stay at the resort. However, for mid and off seasons, referred to as White and Blue, there is no minimum stay requirement. This allows more flexibility when traveling during seasonal downtimes. A distinct difference with WorldMark timeshares is that they utilize housekeeping tokens in addition to standard maintenance fees. With housekeeping tokens, you are allowed a free housekeeping service. You’ll receive one token every year for each account you own, or for accounts 10,000 credits and larger, one token is awarded per block of 10,000 annual credits. Since this applies to a single service, any maintenance fees accrued from additional reservations will still apply.
