Hilton’s Orlando Contact Center Closes Due To Hurricane Ian

Hilton announced that its Orlando contact center will be closed from Wednesday, September 28th through Friday, September 30th due to Hurricane Ian. This means that all reservations and customer service inquiries for Hilton’s Orlando hotels will be unavailable during this time. Hilton is advising customers to instead book reservations online, as well as modify or cancel reservations online during this closure.

Hilton Grand Vacations resorts will still be open during these days, but if you have a check-in date from Wednesday, September 28th through Friday, September 30th, it’s best to call your resort to determine if any check-in procedures have changed due to Hurricane Ian.

Due to Hurricane Ian’s potential impact to the Central Florida region, our Orlando Contact Center will be closed. Limited services will be available from Wednesday, September 28, at 12:00 p.m. ET through 9 p.m. ET Friday, September 30, 2022. Please understand that longer than normal wait times may occur, and some services may not be available, including the conversion of ClubPoints for Hilton Honors hotel stays. Many account servicing needs including modifying or canceling a reservation can be made using the Club website.

Next: Press 3, for Points adjustments, Resort and Hotel reservations, RCI Exchange reservations or cruise reservations

Hilton’s Orlando contact center is just one of many businesses that have been forced to close due to Hurricane Ian.
