Whether you already own a Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare or are researching an upcoming purchase, it’s always important to know the costs associated with using and maintaining your ownership. Each year Hilton shares an updated fee schedule that covers all initial and on-going costs that can be charged.
This year’s fee schedule has some notable additions due to the new HGV Max program being offered to those who purchase their HGV timeshare directly from Hilton. We’ll be covering those new costs that are associated with HGV Max, as well as the costs for many popular actions such as guest certificates, or exchanging your ClubPoints with RCI.
Read on if you’d like to see the exact costs for each and every fee for the 2023 calendar year.
Activation Fees
Activation fees are simply one-time fees when initially purchasing a Hilton timeshare, and will not be applicable from year to year.

Annual Club Dues
Hilton Grand Vacations owners are charged an annual club fee in January of each year. There are also certain properties that offer the owner the ability to pay what’s referred to as Inclusive Club Dues, which will cover both their annual club fee, but also all reservation fees that would normally be incurred throughout the year. HGV members that own these select home resorts can elect to pay the inclusive club dues, or can decide to pay the normal club dues.

Inclusive Club Dues – US & Canada / International | $336 / $363 |
