Higher Hilton Honors Points Conversion Rate
Owners at Hilton Club resorts will have a higher Hilton Honors conversion rate if they wish to convert their ClubPoints into Hilton Honors points to use at Hilton vast network of hotels.
Conversion Ratios | Before 2022 | 2022 & Beyond |
---|---|---|
Conversion Ratio for Immediate Hilton Honors Reservations | 1 ClubPoint : 20 Honors Points | 1 ClubPoint : 13 Honors Points |
Hilton Honors Conversion Ratio for Following-Year Use | 1 ClubPoint : 25 Honors Points | 1 ClubPoint : 16 Honors Points |
Hilton Honors Conversion Ratio for Following-Year Use (Hilton Club Only) | 1 ClubPoint : 50 Honors Points | 1 ClubPoint : 32 Honors Points |
If you’re wondering why conversion rates have changed in the last year, be sure to read our article explaining how Hilton adjusted all ClubPoints values by 160% back in February of 2022. All points charts, points values for existing owners, and conversion rates were scaled proportionally.
This change did not reduce any owner’s ability to make the same reservations as before the adjustment because both the number of points allocated to their ownership, and the number of points needed to book were equally scaled to 160% of their original value. This caused the conversion rates to Hilton Honors to be reduced to balance owner’s existing points being adjusted to 60% higher than they originally bought.

Optional Inclusive Club Dues
Owners at select properties have the option to pay “Inclusive Club Dues” that includes annual Club Dues, plus unlimited Home Resort Priority, Hilton Club Priority, and Club reservation fees, as applicable, priced at $99 or less. Inclusive Club Dues give Owners of these resorts the opportunity to book Club Reservations for free. Inclusive Club Dues are $325 (as of 2022) for Members residing in the United States or Canada and $351 (as of 2022) for Members residing outside the United States or Canada.
The Difference Between Hilton Club & Hilton Grand Vacations
Usage & Benefits
The difference between having your home resort at a Hilton Club resort, or at a Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) resort, is that while Hilton Club owners get access to the Hilton Club Priority booking window, higher Hilton Honors conversion rates, and the option to pay inclusive club dues, HGV owners do not receive these extra benefits.
Beyond those differences in extra benefits, both ownerships can book at any of the Hilton Grand Vacations resorts, Hilton Club resorts, or affiliated resorts, and essentially identical in every other way when it comes to how they can be used by the owner.
Resale Price Differences
While owners at Hilton Club properties do enjoy additional benefits, they generally pay a much higher initial purchase price for their property.
Conclusion
The Hilton Club is a great option for those looking to purchase a timeshare in an urban location with the flexibility to vacation at any Hilton resort. The Hilton Club also offers some great benefits to owners, such as a higher Hilton Honors conversion rate and access to the Hilton Club priority booking window. If you are considering purchasing a Hilton timeshare on the resale market, be sure to ask about the option of owning at a Hilton Club resort.
