Official Disney Vacation Club annual dues have been ratified by the DVC condo association as of December 8th, 2023, and members are now seeing their maintenance fee bills added to their online accounts.
2023 Annual Due Increases Across The Board
It’s not uncommon to see annual maintenance fees raised each year to cover inflationary costs, usually in the range of 3-5%, but this year Americans experienced inflation levels that have not been seen for many years.

Analyzing The Numbers
Some of the more notable increases include Beach Club Villas, as well as Polynesian Resort, which both saw over 8% increases year over year. While Disney does have some big upgrades and additions coming to the Boardwalk area, and Polynesian Resort has seen some modernizing touches in the lobby, and dining locations over the last few years, some owners at these home resorts may be surprised to see such a large increase.
There are a few resorts that saw mild increases, such as Riviera Resort at just 1.8%, and Copper Creek Villas at Wilderness Lodge at just 4.19% year over year. Both of these increases are far below the average inflation rate that can be found in the consumer price index for the 2022 calendar year, making these increases offer a great value for owners at these home resorts.
